Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced (3+ years) Legal Secretary for our Timaru office to provide secretarial support for one of our Partners and other team members in a range of areas including Rural and Residential Conveyancing; Trusts, Wills and Estates; and Commercial Property. The position is permanent, full time. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with:

  • Excellent typing and arithmetical skills
  • Dictaphone experience
  • A high standard of communication skills, organisational abilities and the ability to prioritise and cope well under pressure
  • Experience with Landonline (searches and edealing), Webforms, Companies Office, PPSR Register
